Jose’s Crew just left my home after completing the job I hired Design Tree Maintenance to do in my backyard. They arrived at 1pm, cut the tree branches, topped off the tree, and hauled all the debris out to the wood chipper. I had cut a much smaller tree myself, and they hauled the debris from that tree out to the wood chipper too. They cleaned up the whole backyard, raked, and hauled that debris away for me as well. They were super quick and efficient with the whole job. They completed the whole job inside of one hour! So amazing. Thanks Jose and your crew for doing a great job!

Outstanding design and craftsmanship. I was so excited for our new build and could not visualize what to do with our large lot. Ben designed a magnificent yard with options we could scale up or down depending on budget. I cannot believe how much I love our yard and how that has quickly turned into my favorite aspect of our new house. The crew even finished early!

Beware of Design Tree – Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Terrible Customer Service! We hired Design Tree after installing 15 brand-new mature ficus trees, paying over $13,000 for their professional services. This included an upgraded spring timer/water flow monitor, $75 per month for them to monitor the system, and $500 for fertilization. Despite this, our trees developed a disease due to water flow issues that Design Tree was supposed to prevent. The new water flow monitor was supposed to alert them if there was any change with the sprinkler system. When we reached out, the owner admitted that several of his employees had dropped the ball by not monitoring or reporting things correctly. We also found out that the monitoring system wasn’t even sending them alerts, but they never informed us of this problem. Despite this negligence, they refused to take responsibility for the damage. Initially, they promised to replace the trees, but once we provided them with a quote, they completely backtracked and claimed it wasn’t their fault. They didn’t offer any compensation or solutions after we spent all that money. If you’re thinking of using this company, think again. They’ve shown a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. I cannot recommend them after this terrible experience.
